
So currently I weigh 316 LBS.
This may seem like alot but in Feburary I weighed 334. That was before I went vegan and started working out occasionally.
Today I went to the gym and worked out. I feel GREAT and tomorrow I’m probably going to be sore as fuck.
I plan on going to the gym at the very least 3 times a week, and plan on eating at home as oppose to go out to eat like I have been.
My goal is to get down to 285, which seems not very high but I would love to get down there in about 6 months.
So if anyone has any good albums or anything that I should listen to while I goto the gym please send me suggestions.
So I think I have an idea on what I’m going to turn this blog into. Pretty much after this week I am going to turn this into my weight loss journey blog as well. Not hiding how much I actually weigh weekly and how much I have lost.
This isn’t a new years resolution this is a lifestyle change. I haven’t been back to the gym in awhile because of work and how hectic it has been the past couple of months. I was a regular at the gym 5 days a week and I lost a good amount of weight, but with work and my hours getting increased it made it more difficult to go back to the gym.
